植筋技術規范

一、引言

  近年來,植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)技(ji)術(shu)在鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)混凝土結構工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)廣泛應用(yong),但在工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實踐中(zhong)卻普遍(bian)存(cun)在不統一的做法和不規范的行(xing)為(wei)。植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的施工(gong)(gong)質量直接影(ying)響(xiang)到整個工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的質量,當引起工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)人員的重視,特別(bie)是某(mou)些植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)與生命線(xian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)發生直接聯(lian)系,如果植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)過程(cheng)處理不當,可(ke)能為(wei)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)留下影(ying)響(xiang)結構安全的隱(yin)患。本文(wen)意在通(tong)過整理植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)技(ji)術(shu)相關規范規定,來糾(jiu)正植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管理中(zhong)的不規范行(xing)為(wei)。

  某商住樓(lou)工程(cheng)根據政府規劃部(bu)門的(de)(de)意見,將原設計(ji)面(mian)向(xiang)小區(qu)外側的(de)(de)入口門廳(ting)拆除,將該工程(cheng)的(de)(de)入口門廳(ting)重(zhong)新(xin)調整到面(mian)向(xiang)小區(qu)中(zhong)庭一(yi)側,根據工程(cheng)實際現(xian)狀,需要(yao)植筋(jin)(jin)新(xin)增(zeng)11根框(kuang)架柱;并對原有(you)框(kuang)架柱中(zhong)的(de)(de)4根相關剪力墻(qiang)進行植筋(jin)(jin)加固;在采光(guang)井(jing)處新(xin)增(zeng)一(yi)塊(kuai)長跨6.9m、短跨4.5m的(de)(de)屋面(mian)板(ban),屋面(mian)板(ban)采用(yong)與(yu)該工程(cheng)現(xian)澆樓(lou)板(ban)配筋(jin)(jin)一(yi)樣的(de)(de)冷(leng)軋扭鋼筋(jin)(jin),分別(bie)有(you)一(yi)條(tiao)短邊(bian)和兩條(tiao)長邊(bian)需要(yao)植筋(jin)(jin);新(xin)增(zeng)的(de)(de)框(kuang)架梁(liang)中(zhong)部(bu)分鋼筋(jin)(jin)也需植筋(jin)(jin)。該植筋(jin)(jin)工程(cheng)施工方(fang)案中(zhong)部(bu)分文字(zi)內容(rong)如下:

  1、植筋工(gong)程的方案編制(zhi)、施工(gong)作(zuo)業(ye)、檢(jian)測驗收均以(yi)《混凝土結構(gou)加固技術規(gui)范》CECS25︰90為標準。

  2、植筋規格、數量、鉆孔深度如下:

  3、挑(tiao)梁上(shang)部(bu)鋼筋(jin)膠(jiao)粘(zhan)劑采用(yong)喜(xi)利得結(jie)構膠(jiao),其他部(bu)位(wei)鋼筋(jin)膠(jiao)粘(zhan)劑采用(yong)國產A級膠(jiao)。鋼筋(jin)植入(ru)后7日(ri)內嚴禁受到觸動和(he)(he)干(gan)擾,并按結(jie)構膠(jiao)說(shuo)明書要求加強保(bao)養和(he)(he)圍護。

  4、鋼(gang)筋植入固化(hua)10日后,委托具備相應資質的檢測單位,在(zai)監理見證下隨機(ji)抽(chou)樣進(jin)行現場抗拔抽(chou)檢,每(mei)種規格鋼(gang)筋現場抗拔數量不得(de)少于壹組(zu),經檢測合格后,才能(neng)進(jin)行鋼(gang)筋連接(jie)和(he)安(an)裝綁扎等后序工作。

  5、現場(chang)檢測抗拔(ba)力,當(dang)鋼(gang)筋(jin)為(wei)Ⅲ級(ji)(ji)螺紋(wen)鋼(gang)時抗拔(ba)力要(yao)求必(bi)須≥360MPa;當(dang)鋼(gang)筋(jin)為(wei)Ⅱ級(ji)(ji)螺紋(wen)鋼(gang)時抗拔(ba)力要(yao)求必(bi)須≥300MPa;當(dang)鋼(gang)筋(jin)為(wei)Ⅰ級(ji)(ji)鋼(gang)時抗拔(ba)力要(yao)求必(bi)須≥210MPa.

  二、植筋技術相關規范及規定

  該工(gong)程方案編制、植筋(jin)(jin)施(shi)工(gong)、檢測驗(yan)(yan)收均以《混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)結構(gou)加固(gu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)》CECS25︰90為標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),其實(shi)該標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)對于“植筋(jin)(jin)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”并無非常具體的(de)規(gui)(gui)定,這(zhe)個古老(lao)的(de)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)已經(jing)被(bei)《混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)結構(gou)加固(gu)設計規(gui)(gui)范(fan)》GB50367-2006(以下(xia)簡稱GB50367-2006)所替代, GB50367-2006第12章“植筋(jin)(jin)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”對植筋(jin)(jin)提出了(le)更(geng)具體的(de)要求。與植筋(jin)(jin)驗(yan)(yan)收關(guan)系更(geng)大的(de)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)應該是《混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)結構(gou)后錨固(gu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)規(gui)(gui)程》JGJ145-2004(以下(xia)簡稱JGJ145-2004),同時不(bu)同地(di)區還有地(di)方標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),比如(ru)重慶(qing)市地(di)方標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)《混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)無機錨固(gu)材(cai)料(liao)植筋(jin)(jin)施(shi)工(gong)及驗(yan)(yan)收規(gui)(gui)程》DBJ/T50-032-2004(以下(xia)簡稱DBJ/T50-032-2004)。

  JGJ145-2004第2.1.5條的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)術語(yu):化學(xue)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)—以(yi)化學(xue)粘結劑(錨固(gu)(gu)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)),將(jiang)帶(dai)肋(lei)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)及長螺(luo)桿(gan)等膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)結固(gu)(gu)定于混凝土(tu)基(ji)材(cai)錨孔中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一種后(hou)錨固(gu)(gu)生根鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin);GB50367-2006第2.1.10條的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)術語(yu):植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)—以(yi)專(zhuan)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)結構膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)粘劑將(jiang)帶(dai)肋(lei)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)或全(quan)螺(luo)紋螺(luo)桿(gan)錨固(gu)(gu)于基(ji)材(cai)混凝土(tu)中(zhong)。這兩(liang)個(ge)關于什么叫“植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)術語(yu)中(zhong)限定了植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)所用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)種類:帶(dai)肋(lei)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)或全(quan)螺(luo)紋螺(luo)桿(gan)。帶(dai)肋(lei)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)橫(heng)(heng)肋(lei)能(neng)夠使(shi)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)在錨固(gu)(gu)段(duan)(duan)形(xing)(xing)成與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)橫(heng)(heng)肋(lei)相咬(yao)(yao)合的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)肋(lei)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),這些肋(lei)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)是保證所植(zhi)(zhi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)長期錨固(gu)(gu)性能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機械(xie)(xie)牙鍵(jian)(jian),牙鍵(jian)(jian)太淺不(bu)能(neng)形(xing)(xing)成與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)橫(heng)(heng)肋(lei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有效(xiao)咬(yao)(yao)合,牙鍵(jian)(jian)太深則不(bu)能(neng)抵(di)抗與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)橫(heng)(heng)肋(lei)咬(yao)(yao)合作(zuo)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)剪切(qie),GB50367-2006第12.1.4條規定帶(dai)肋(lei)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相對肋(lei)面積應(ying)滿(man)足0.055≤Ar≤0.08,就(jiu)是為了控(kong)制牙鍵(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)深淺。冷(leng)軋扭鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)外形(xing)(xing)不(bu)但不(bu)能(neng)形(xing)(xing)成機械(xie)(xie)牙鍵(jian)(jian),還(huan)(huan)會使(shi)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)局部過厚(hou)(hou)導致(zhi)較大(da)收(shou)縮影(ying)響(xiang)錨固(gu)(gu)效(xiao)果,而(er)且還(huan)(huan)使(shi)錨固(gu)(gu)段(duan)(duan)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)厚(hou)(hou)薄相差較大(da),膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)越(yue)厚(hou)(hou)在鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)受力(li)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)剪切(qie)作(zuo)用(yong)下剪切(qie)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)就(jiu)越(yue)大(da),剪切(qie)應(ying)力(li)相應(ying)變(bian)小,而(er)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)較薄的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)位置剪切(qie)應(ying)力(li)相應(ying)增大(da),從而(er)導致(zhi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)與(yu)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)粘結剪切(qie)應(ying)力(li)不(bu)均勻而(er)影(ying)響(xiang)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)效(xiao)果。所以(yi)該工程屋面板(ban)設(she)計(ji)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)用(yong)冷(leng)軋扭鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)是不(bu)恰當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)!

  植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)冷軋扭鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),能(neng)(neng)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)光(guang)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)嗎(ma)?筆者(zhe)曾經在某工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)看到(dao)用(yong)(yong)直徑8mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)Ⅰ級鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)運(yun)用(yong)(yong)于剪力墻(qiang)(qiang)豎(shu)向(xiang)分布鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)錨(mao)固(gu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實例。對(dui)于Ⅰ級鋼(gang)(gang)能(neng)(neng)否用(yong)(yong)于“植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)”,目前業界爭議較(jiao)大。JGJ145-2004和GB50367-2006規(gui)定(ding)不(bu)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)光(guang)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),原(yuan)因在于光(guang)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)形成機械牙鍵,所(suo)植(zhi)(zhi)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)長期錨(mao)固(gu)性能(neng)(neng)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)得(de)到(dao)保障。DBJ/T50-032-2004第3.0.1條規(gui)定(ding):混(hun)凝土(tu)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)技術(shu)不(bu)適用(yong)(yong)于各種輕質(zhi)混(hun)凝土(tu)結(jie)(jie)構、砌體(ti)結(jie)(jie)構以(yi)及采用(yong)(yong)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)鋼(gang)(gang)作為植(zhi)(zhi)入鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)承重(zhong)結(jie)(jie)構,對(dui)非承重(zhong)結(jie)(jie)構的(de)(de)(de)(de)拉接構造的(de)(de)(de)(de)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)施工(gong)(gong)可參照(zhao)本規(gui)程(cheng)執(zhi)行。根(gen)據(ju)這個規(gui)定(ding)區分結(jie)(jie)構構件的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)性,框架(jia)結(jie)(jie)構填(tian)充(chong)墻(qiang)(qiang)拉結(jie)(jie)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)如果設計光(guang)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)采用(yong)(yong)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)施工(gong)(gong)應該允(yun)許,而運(yun)用(yong)(yong)Ⅰ級鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)剪力墻(qiang)(qiang)豎(shu)向(xiang)分布筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)錨(mao)固(gu)則不(bu)太(tai)恰當。應該注意的(de)(de)(de)(de)是,地方(fang)(fang)標(biao)(biao)準西(xi)南05G701系(xi)列(lie)圖集中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)填(tian)充(chong)墻(qiang)(qiang)拉結(jie)(jie)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)推薦了三種做法,第一種是預留拉結(jie)(jie)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)法,第二(er)種是預埋(mai)鐵件法,最后(hou)一種是才是植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)法。然而在其后(hou)頒發的(de)(de)(de)(de)國(guo)家標(biao)(biao)準06SG614圖集中(zhong)卻限定(ding)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)預留拉結(jie)(jie)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)和預埋(mai)鐵件兩(liang)種方(fang)(fang)法,并不(bu)主張(zhang)采用(yong)(yong)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)施工(gong)(gong)填(tian)充(chong)墻(qiang)(qiang)拉結(jie)(jie)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)。

  三、植筋錨固深度與鉆孔深度

  植(zhi)筋施工鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)成型后,應(ying)報監理(li)檢(jian)查驗收(shou)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)直(zhi)徑和鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du),我曾(ceng)經看到監理(li)人員在(zai)驗孔(kong)(kong)時要(yao)求的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)正(zheng)好是設(she)計的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)植(zhi)筋深(shen)度(du)(du)(du),本文(wen)列(lie)舉方案中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)正(zheng)好是鋼(gang)(gang)筋直(zhi)徑的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)15倍,而該工程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)計植(zhi)筋深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)也是鋼(gang)(gang)筋直(zhi)徑的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)15倍,這反(fan)應(ying)出一(yi)(yi)個現(xian)狀: 植(zhi)筋深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)被(bei)認(ren)為就是鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)。有一(yi)(yi)定(ding)現(xian)場經驗的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術人員一(yi)(yi)定(ding)知道,鋼(gang)(gang)筋切斷加工很(hen)難保證(zheng)(zheng)其(qi)端面平(ping)整,不(bu)(bu)能(neng)使具有360°完整圓周鋼(gang)(gang)筋面與孔(kong)(kong)底(di)側面對齊;植(zhi)筋鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)作業會對孔(kong)(kong)位周邊(bian)表皮混凝(ning)土(tu)造成輕微損傷,不(bu)(bu)能(neng)保證(zheng)(zheng)孔(kong)(kong)口對膠體形成有效基(ji)體。基(ji)于(yu)這兩(liang)個原因,如果用(yong)端面不(bu)(bu)夠平(ping)整的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)筋植(zhi)入15倍鋼(gang)(gang)筋直(zhi)徑的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)混凝(ning)土(tu)孔(kong)(kong)內,肯定(ding)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)保證(zheng)(zheng)所植(zhi)鋼(gang)(gang)筋的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有效錨固長度(du)(du)(du)達到15倍鋼(gang)(gang)筋直(zhi)徑。歐美植(zhi)筋的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)一(yi)(yi)般要(yao)求比(bi)設(she)計植(zhi)筋深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)大2~3倍鋼(gang)(gang)筋植(zhi)筋,DBJ/T50-032-2004第6.0.4條(tiao)規定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)為設(she)計植(zhi)筋深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)+(10~15)mm其(qi)實是一(yi)(yi)個深(shen)度(du)(du)(du)較淺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。

  國(guo)(guo)內早期(qi)普遍(bian)按(an)照(zhao)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)直(zhi)(zhi)徑15倍(bei)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)(shen)度(du),筆者在(zai)(zai)2003年以(yi)前(qian)的植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)工(gong)程(cheng)管(guan)理中就是按(an)照(zhao)設計要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)的15倍(bei)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)直(zhi)(zhi)徑實施,其(qi)中包括一(yi)(yi)些(xie)懸挑構件、大(da)(da)(da)跨(kua)度(du)主梁的植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)。調查我國(guo)(guo)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)技術(shu)發展歷史分析,這個15d來自(zi)于國(guo)(guo)外(wai)進口植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)用結構膠(jiao)使用說明書(shu)上(shang)的要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),但(dan)被忽略(lve)的是這個要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)是構造性鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)的植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)(shen)度(du)。DBJ/T50-032-2004參編專家根據重(zhong)(zhong)慶(qing)市建筑科學研究院(yuan)和重(zhong)(zhong)慶(qing)建筑大(da)(da)(da)學材(cai)(cai)料(liao)系(xi)的一(yi)(yi)些(xie)相關(guan)實驗,認為采(cai)用熱軋帶肋鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),最小植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)(shen)度(du)15d能滿足設計要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),所以(yi)在(zai)(zai)該規程(cheng)第4.2.1條規定:構造要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)最小植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)(shen)度(du)為15d.在(zai)(zai)混凝土基材(cai)(cai)強度(du)等級、鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)級別(bie)、植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)膠(jiao)種類(lei)完全相同的條件下(xia),按(an)照(zhao)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)直(zhi)(zhi)徑統(tong)一(yi)(yi)倍(bei)數確定植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)(shen)度(du),在(zai)(zai)0.9Asfyk拉拔(ba)力作用下(xia),較(jiao)大(da)(da)(da)直(zhi)(zhi)徑的鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)將較(jiao)先被拔(ba)出,反(fan)應(ying)出植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)錨固段鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)表(biao)面(mian)積與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)斷面(mian)積并(bing)不(bu)是理想的線性關(guan)系(xi),瑞士聯邦技術(shu)學院(yuan)的Marti教(jiao)授根據該實驗得出,膠(jiao)粘劑與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)之間粘合表(biao)面(mian)所承受的力隨植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)長(chang)度(du)類(lei)似線性增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang),但(dan)僅是隨鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)直(zhi)(zhi)徑的平方根增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)。所以(yi)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)(shen)度(du)統(tong)一(yi)(yi)規定成一(yi)(yi)個固定的鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)直(zhi)(zhi)徑倍(bei)數是不(bu)科學的!

  GB50367-2006第12.2.3條規定了(le)植筋(jin)的基本錨固(gu)深度ls計算公式(shi):

  aspt—為防(fang)止混(hun)凝土劈裂(lie)引用(yong)的計(ji)算系數;

  d—植(zhi)筋(jin)公稱(cheng)直徑(jing);

  fbd—植筋用膠粘劑(ji)的粘結強(qiang)度設計值,

  對于(yu)構造(zao)性(xing)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)植筋(jin)(jin)深度,GB50367-2006第(di)12.2.3條(tiao)根據(ju)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)受力性(xing)質不同,規(gui)定了受拉(la)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)最(zui)小錨固長(chang)度lmin=max{0.6ls;10d;100mm};受壓鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)最(zui)小錨固長(chang)度lmin= max{0.3ls;10d;100mm}。這里可以看(kan)出,規(gui)范嚴謹地把構造(zao)性(xing)植筋(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)錨固深度交給(gei)了設計者,比DBJ/T50-032-2004的(de)(de)規(gui)定要合(he)理一(yi)些(xie),同時避(bi)免那些(xie)植筋(jin)(jin)公司或(huo)膠粘劑廠家(jia)的(de)(de)誤導。

  四、植筋膠粘劑

  該方案中(zhong)要(yao)求懸(xuan)挑梁(liang)上(shang)(shang)部(bu)(bu)(bu)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用喜(xi)(xi)利(li)得(de)(de)結構膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),其(qi)他部(bu)(bu)(bu)位(wei)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用國產(chan)A級(ji)(ji)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)。GB50367-2006第12.1.5條規定(ding):植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)用的(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji)必(bi)須(xu)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用改(gai)性環氧類或改(gai)性乙烯(xi)基酯(zhi)(zhi)類(包括改(gai)性氨基甲酸酯(zhi)(zhi))的(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji),當植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)大于(yu)22mm時,應采(cai)(cai)(cai)用A級(ji)(ji)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)。喜(xi)(xi)利(li)得(de)(de)結構膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)是(shi)(shi)總部(bu)(bu)(bu)位(wei)于(yu)歐洲列支敦士登(deng)的(de)(de)喜(xi)(xi)利(li)得(de)(de)集團生產(chan)的(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji)產(chan)品(pin),“喜(xi)(xi)利(li)得(de)(de)”只是(shi)(shi)一(yi)個品(pin)牌,其(qi)系列產(chan)品(pin)中(zhong)有(you)符合(he)A級(ji)(ji)標準的(de)(de)結構膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),也有(you)符合(he)B級(ji)(ji)標準的(de)(de)結構膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)。該工程(cheng)懸(xuan)挑梁(liang)上(shang)(shang)部(bu)(bu)(bu)有(you)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)25mm主(zhu)筋(jin)(jin),如(ru)果使(shi)用符合(he)B級(ji)(ji)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)標準的(de)(de)喜(xi)(xi)利(li)得(de)(de)結構膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)顯然不滿(man)足(zu)GB50367-2006的(de)(de)規定(ding),A級(ji)(ji)結構膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)性能良好,但價(jia)格較高。該工程(cheng)中(zhong)除挑梁(liang)上(shang)(shang)部(bu)(bu)(bu)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)以(yi)外的(de)(de)其(qi)他部(bu)(bu)(bu)位(wei)植(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)有(you)12根直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)22mm鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)、116根直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)18mm鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)、366根直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)8mm鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin),這些小直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)使(shi)用經得(de)(de)起檢驗的(de)(de)B級(ji)(ji)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)是(shi)(shi)許可的(de)(de),采(cai)(cai)(cai)用A級(ji)(ji)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)無疑(yi)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)種浪費。

  五、檢測抽檢時間和頻率

  不同的(de)(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji)(ji)固(gu)化(hua)(hua)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)是不一樣的(de)(de)(de),固(gu)化(hua)(hua)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)太(tai)短的(de)(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji)(ji)強度增(zeng)長快、脆性(xing)大;固(gu)化(hua)(hua)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)太(tai)長的(de)(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji)(ji)強度增(zeng)長慢、耐久(jiu)性(xing)差。在制定膠(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji)(ji)檢(jian)驗合(he)格指標(biao)時(shi)(shi),均是以膠(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji)(ji)產品使(shi)用說(shuo)明(ming)(ming)書標(biao)示的(de)(de)(de)固(gu)化(hua)(hua)期(qi)為(wei)準所取得(de)的(de)(de)(de)試驗結果(guo)為(wei)依據確定的(de)(de)(de);因此,對實際工(gong)程中(zhong)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘的(de)(de)(de)錨固(gu)件,其(qi)(qi)檢(jian)驗日期(qi)也應(ying)以此為(wei)準,才能如實反映其(qi)(qi)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘質量狀況。倘若時(shi)(shi)間(jian)拖久(jiu)了,將(jiang)會使(shi)本來固(gu)化(hua)(hua)不良的(de)(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji)(ji),其(qi)(qi)強度有所增(zeng)長,甚至能達到(dao)合(he)格要(yao)求,但并不能改善其(qi)(qi)安全(quan)性(xing)和耐久(jiu)性(xing)能。GB50367-2006附錄N第(di)2.5條規定應(ying)在膠(jiao)(jiao)粘劑(ji)(ji)達到(dao)其(qi)(qi)產品說(shuo)明(ming)(ming)書標(biao)示的(de)(de)(de)固(gu)化(hua)(hua)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)當天進(jin)行。本文(wen)列舉方案(an)中(zhong)規定了2個時(shi)(shi)間(jian)限(xian)定要(yao)求:鋼(gang)筋(jin)植入后7日內嚴禁受到(dao)觸(chu)動和干擾,10日后進(jin)行現場抗(kang)拔抽檢(jian),看似合(he)理,實際上是以為(wei)了保證(zheng)鋼(gang)筋(jin)免受擾動為(wei)借(jie)口,拖延(yan)了抗(kang)拔檢(jian)驗的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)。

  JGJ145-2004附錄A第2.2條規定所植鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)應按(an)同(tong)(tong)規格、同(tong)(tong)型號、基本相(xiang)(xiang)同(tong)(tong)部位(wei)組成一個(ge)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)批(pi),抽(chou)(chou)取數(shu)(shu)量(liang)按(an)每批(pi)總數(shu)(shu)的(de)1‰計算,且不(bu)(bu)少(shao)于3 根。DBJ/T50-032-2004第6.0.4條規定:植筋(jin)(jin)(jin)錨固(gu)承(cheng)載力的(de)現(xian)場驗(yan)收檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)按(an)同(tong)(tong)一施工(gong)條件下同(tong)(tong)規格鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)數(shu)(shu)量(liang)的(de)1%進(jin)行(xing)抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian),但(dan)不(bu)(bu)應少(shao)于3根。以上兩套標(biao)(biao)準的(de)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)方式(shi)均采(cai)用“非(fei)破損檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)”,但(dan)抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)頻率(lv)卻相(xiang)(xiang)差九倍(bei)。按(an)照(zhao)(zhao)1%進(jin)行(xing)抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)不(bu)(bu)但(dan)比按(an)照(zhao)(zhao)1‰進(jin)行(xing)抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)的(de)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)費用高,而(er)且還容易(yi)暴(bao)露植筋(jin)(jin)(jin)工(gong)程的(de)施工(gong)質量(liang)問題(ti),很多(duo)施工(gong)單位(wei)在工(gong)程實踐中就以兩套規范(fan)均為現(xian)行(xing)標(biao)(biao)準為由,按(an)照(zhao)(zhao)1‰進(jin)行(xing)抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian),甚至有些工(gong)程抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)頻率(lv)比1‰還低很多(duo)。事實上,JGJ145-2004和DBJ/T50-032-2004規定采(cai)用的(de)非(fei)破損檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)出劣質產品或(huo)不(bu)(bu)良施工(gong)質量(liang)的(de)能(neng)力很低,如果抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)數(shu)(shu)量(liang)不(bu)(bu)夠,很難避免不(bu)(bu)合格的(de)錨固(gu)工(gong)程蒙(meng)混過關。

  在討(tao)論植筋工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抽(chou)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)數(shu)(shu)量之前,我們應(ying)(ying)(ying)該(gai)(gai)先明(ming)確抽(chou)樣(yang)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方式(shi)。植筋抗(kang)拔承(cheng)載力現(xian)場檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)分為非破(po)損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)和破(po)壞(huai)性(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)。經非破(po)損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)合格(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)植筋錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(包括混凝土基(ji)材)在整過(guo)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中均(jun)未(wei)遭受損(sun)壞(huai),檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)過(guo)后(hou)還(huan)可(ke)以(yi)保證錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)在結(jie)構(gou)(gou)中正(zheng)常(chang)使(shi)用;破(po)壞(huai)性(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(包括經破(po)壞(huai)性(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)判定(ding)(ding)合格(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian))已經在檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中被破(po)壞(huai),不(bu)能再(zai)用于(yu)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)中。由于(yu)破(po)壞(huai)性(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)完整地模擬(ni)了構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)中錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)破(po)壞(huai)過(guo)程(cheng),能夠(gou)充分展現(xian)被檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作性(xing)(xing)能,所以(yi)其檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)出劣質產品或不(bu)良施工(gong)質量的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力較高(gao), GB50367-2006附錄N第(di)(di)(di)1.4條(tiao)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)重要結(jie)構(gou)(gou)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、懸挑結(jie)構(gou)(gou)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)應(ying)(ying)(ying)采用破(po)壞(huai)性(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)方法對(dui)錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)質量進(jin)行檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan);第(di)(di)(di)2.2條(tiao)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)破(po)壞(huai)性(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抽(chou)樣(yang)取(qu)每一(yi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)收批錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)總(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)1‰,且不(bu)少于(yu)5件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)進(jin)行檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan),若植筋總(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)不(bu)多余100件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)時,可(ke)僅抽(chou)取(qu)3件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)進(jin)行檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan);第(di)(di)(di)2.3條(tiao)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding):重要結(jie)構(gou)(gou)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)應(ying)(ying)(ying)抽(chou)取(qu)每一(yi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)收批錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)總(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)3%且不(bu)少于(yu)5件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)進(jin)行非破(po)損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce),一(yi)般結(jie)構(gou)(gou)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)應(ying)(ying)(ying)抽(chou)取(qu)每一(yi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)收批錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)總(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)1%且不(bu)少于(yu)3件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)進(jin)行非破(po)損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce);第(di)(di)(di)2.4條(tiao)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)當(dang)不(bu)同行業標準(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抽(chou)樣(yang)規(gui)(gui)則與(yu)該(gai)(gai)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)不(bu)一(yi)致時,對(dui)承(cheng)重結(jie)構(gou)(gou)加固(gu)(gu)(gu)工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)質量檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce),必須按該(gai)(gai)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)執行。所以(yi)本(ben)文列舉的(de)(de)(de)(de)方案對(dui)現(xian)場抗(kang)拔力檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抽(chou)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)頻(pin)率規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)不(bu)符合規(gui)(gui)范(fan)要求。

  六、植筋檢測抗拔力確定

  本(ben)文列舉方案中針(zhen)對使用Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ級鋼(gang)筋(jin)植筋(jin)提出抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)力分別不能小于210MPa、300MPa、360MPa的(de)要求。抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)力的(de)基本(ben)單(dan)位(wei)是“N”,而1MPa= 1N/mm2,“N”與(yu)“N/mm2”之(zhi)間用“≥”是無法(fa)做(zuo)比較的(de)!后經筆(bi)者與(yu)該(gai)方案編制(zhi)者通(tong)過溝通(tong),才(cai)明確了擬定(ding)者本(ben)意是:抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)力≥鋼(gang)筋(jin)設(she)計強度(du)×鋼(gang)筋(jin)斷面(mian)積(ji)。我曾經調查過重慶好幾家檢(jian)測(ce)單(dan)位(wei)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人員(yuan),其中包括(kuo)行政(zheng)主管部(bu)門(men)下屬的(de)檢(jian)測(ce)中心工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人員(yuan),還調查過一些(xie)施工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位(wei)和專業(ye)植筋(jin)機構的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人員(yuan),得出一個結論:目前有相當一部(bu)分工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)人員(yuan)認為(wei),植筋(jin)抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)檢(jian)測(ce)的(de)基本(ben)要求應該(gai)是“抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)力≥鋼(gang)筋(jin)設(she)計強度(du)×鋼(gang)筋(jin)斷面(mian)積(ji)”。

  根據DBJ/T50-032-2004附錄(lu)C第(di)(di)3.2條(tiao)(tiao)“檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)荷(he)(he)(he)載(zai)(zai)最(zui)小(xiao)值為(wei)(wei)鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)受拉承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力設(she)計(ji)(ji)值的(de)1.2倍”的(de)規(gui)定(ding)(ding),有(you)的(de)工(gong)程人員認為(wei)(wei):植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測的(de)基本要求(qiu)應(ying)(ying)該(gai)是“抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)力≥鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)設(she)計(ji)(ji)強度(du)(du)×鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)斷面積×1.2”。 “抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)力≥鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)設(she)計(ji)(ji)強度(du)(du)×鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)斷面積×1.2”看起來(lai)符合DBJ/T50-032-2004附錄(lu)C第(di)(di)3.2條(tiao)(tiao)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)了,但(dan)我(wo)們應(ying)(ying)認識(shi)到(dao)DBJ/T50-032-2004本身并不很嚴謹:其(qi)附錄(lu)C第(di)(di)3.2條(tiao)(tiao)不應(ying)(ying)該(gai)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)“檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)荷(he)(he)(he)載(zai)(zai)最(zui)小(xiao)值”為(wei)(wei)多少,而應(ying)(ying)該(gai)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)“檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)荷(he)(he)(he)載(zai)(zai)”為(wei)(wei)多少。為(wei)(wei)什么(me)呢?DBJ/T50-032-2004附錄(lu)C第(di)(di)1.2條(tiao)(tiao)規(gui)定(ding)(ding):植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)錨固承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力現場驗(yan)收檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測應(ying)(ying)為(wei)(wei)非破(po)損檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan),檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測所(suo)植(zhi)鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)在正常使用(yong)狀態下的(de)錨固性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),其(qi)抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力應(ying)(ying)達到(dao)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)荷(he)(he)(he)載(zai)(zai)要求(qiu)。這條(tiao)(tiao)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)有(you)兩個地方值得注意,那就是使抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力“達到(dao)”檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)荷(he)(he)(he)載(zai)(zai),在不“破(po)損”所(suo)植(zhi)鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)條(tiao)(tiao)件(jian)下,檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測所(suo)植(zhi)鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)在正常使用(yong)狀態下的(de)錨固性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),如(ru)果讓抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力“超過”檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)荷(he)(he)(he)載(zai)(zai)怎么(me)能(neng)(neng)保證所(suo)植(zhi)鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)不被“破(po)損”? 這樣一(yi)來(lai),有(you)的(de)工(gong)程人員認為(wei)(wei)應(ying)(ying)該(gai)“抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)力=鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)設(she)計(ji)(ji)強度(du)(du)×鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)斷面積×1.2”才是正確(que)的(de)。

  然而(er)“抗(kang)(kang)拔力=鋼(gang)筋設(she)計強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)×鋼(gang)筋斷(duan)面積×1.2”是(shi)否恰當(dang)呢?《混(hun)凝土(tu)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)設(she)計規范》GB50010-2002第(di)11.2.3條規定(ding)一、二級抗(kang)(kang)震(zhen)(zhen)等級結(jie)(jie)構(gou)鋼(gang)筋的(de)屈(qu)(qu)服強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)實測值(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)標準(zhun)值(zhi)(zhi)的(de)比值(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)應(ying)大(da)于1.3.如果Ⅲ級螺紋鋼(gang)的(de)屈(qu)(qu)服強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)實測值(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)430 MPa,未超過強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)標準(zhun)值(zhi)(zhi)的(de)1.3倍,應(ying)該可以用于一、二級抗(kang)(kang)震(zhen)(zhen)等級結(jie)(jie)構(gou),如果所植鋼(gang)筋抗(kang)(kang)拔應(ying)力拉(la)到設(she)計強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)360MPa的(de)1.2陪即432 MPa,使“抗(kang)(kang)拔力=432 MPa×鋼(gang)筋斷(duan)面積”,鋼(gang)筋就可能屈(qu)(qu)服卻又不(bu)(bu)被拉(la)斷(duan),也就是(shi)說鋼(gang)筋已經被破(po)(po)(po)壞(huai)了,并(bing)未達(da)到“非(fei)(fei)破(po)(po)(po)損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)”目的(de),這也是(shi)DBJ/T50-032-2004不(bu)(bu)夠嚴謹的(de)地方。JGJ145-2004附錄A第(di)4.3條規定(ding)非(fei)(fei)破(po)(po)(po)損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan),荷(he)載(zai)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)值(zhi)(zhi)應(ying)取0.9Asfyk及0.8 Rk ,c N 計算之(zhi)較小(xiao)值(zhi)(zhi)。Rk ,c N 為(wei)非(fei)(fei)鋼(gang)材(cai)破(po)(po)(po)壞(huai)承(cheng)載(zai)力標準(zhun)值(zhi)(zhi),它反映了“非(fei)(fei)破(po)(po)(po)損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)”還應(ying)保證不(bu)(bu)破(po)(po)(po)壞(huai)混(hun)凝土(tu)基(ji)體。筆者認為(wei)JGJ145-2004“非(fei)(fei)破(po)(po)(po)損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)”方式(shi)的(de)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)荷(he)載(zai)規定(ding),其先進合(he)理性高于GB50367-2006“非(fei)(fei)破(po)(po)(po)損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)”方式(shi)的(de)檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)荷(he)載(zai)規定(ding)。

  七、結語

  牽涉到(dao)植筋(jin)技術(shu)的(de)(de)現(xian)行(xing)國(guo)家規(gui)范、行(xing)業標準(zhun)、地方(fang)規(gui)程對植筋(jin)技術(shu)的(de)(de)要求不(bu)盡統一,導(dao)致(zhi)了(le)個別工(gong)程人員對植筋(jin)技術(shu)的(de)(de)認識和掌握(wo)不(bu)夠(gou)全面(mian),使(shi)(shi)他們在實際工(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong)容易造成非(fei)故意的(de)(de)錯誤,同(tong)時為(wei)(wei)那些被利益驅使(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)工(gong)程人員斷(duan)章取義地蒙騙相關(guan)工(gong)程人員提供了(le)機會,本文通(tong)過整理現(xian)行(xing)國(guo)家規(gui)范、行(xing)業標準(zhun)、地方(fang)規(gui)程有關(guan)植筋(jin)技術(shu)的(de)(de)部分(fen)規(gui)定(ding),分(fen)析某實際植筋(jin)工(gong)程施工(gong)方(fang)案中(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)夠(gou)全面(mian)或不(bu)夠(gou)恰(qia)當的(de)(de)技術(shu)要求,以望達到(dao)糾正植筋(jin)工(gong)程管理中(zhong)(zhong)非(fei)規(gui)范行(xing)為(wei)(wei)之目(mu)的(de)(de)。
