植筋技術規范

一、引言

  近年(nian)來,植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)技術(shu)在(zai)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)混凝土結構(gou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程中廣泛應用,但在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程實踐(jian)中卻普遍存在(zai)不(bu)統一的(de)做法和不(bu)規(gui)范的(de)行為(wei)。植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量直接影(ying)響到(dao)整(zheng)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)質量,當引起(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程人員的(de)重視(shi),特別是某些(xie)植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程與(yu)生(sheng)命線(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程發生(sheng)直接聯系,如果植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)過(guo)程處理不(bu)當,可能(neng)為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程留下影(ying)響結構(gou)安全(quan)的(de)隱(yin)患(huan)。本文意(yi)在(zai)通過(guo)整(zheng)理植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)技術(shu)相關規(gui)范規(gui)定(ding),來糾正植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程管理中的(de)不(bu)規(gui)范行為(wei)。

  某商住樓工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)根據政府(fu)規(gui)劃(hua)部(bu)(bu)門的意(yi)見,將(jiang)(jiang)原設計面向小(xiao)(xiao)區外側的入口(kou)門廳(ting)(ting)拆除(chu),將(jiang)(jiang)該(gai)(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的入口(kou)門廳(ting)(ting)重新調整到面向小(xiao)(xiao)區中庭一側,根據工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)際現狀,需(xu)要(yao)植(zhi)筋(jin)新增11根框(kuang)架(jia)柱(zhu);并對原有框(kuang)架(jia)柱(zhu)中的4根相關(guan)剪力墻進行植(zhi)筋(jin)加(jia)固(gu);在采光(guang)井處新增一塊(kuai)長(chang)跨(kua)6.9m、短跨(kua)4.5m的屋(wu)面板,屋(wu)面板采用與該(gai)(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)現澆樓板配筋(jin)一樣的冷軋扭(niu)鋼筋(jin),分別有一條(tiao)短邊和兩條(tiao)長(chang)邊需(xu)要(yao)植(zhi)筋(jin);新增的框(kuang)架(jia)梁中部(bu)(bu)分鋼筋(jin)也需(xu)植(zhi)筋(jin)。該(gai)(gai)植(zhi)筋(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案中部(bu)(bu)分文字內容如下:

  1、植筋工(gong)程(cheng)的方案(an)編(bian)制、施工(gong)作業(ye)、檢測驗收均以(yi)《混(hun)凝土結構加固技(ji)術(shu)規范》CECS25︰90為標(biao)準。

  2、植(zhi)筋規格、數量、鉆孔深度如下:

  3、挑(tiao)梁上(shang)部鋼筋膠粘劑采(cai)用喜利(li)得結構膠,其他部位(wei)鋼筋膠粘劑采(cai)用國產A級膠。鋼筋植入后7日(ri)內嚴禁(jin)受到觸動和(he)干擾,并按結構膠說明書要求加強保養和(he)圍(wei)護。

  4、鋼筋植(zhi)入固化10日后(hou),委托具備相應資(zi)質的檢(jian)測(ce)單位,在監理見(jian)證下(xia)隨機抽樣(yang)進(jin)行現(xian)場抗(kang)(kang)拔(ba)抽檢(jian),每(mei)種規格(ge)鋼筋現(xian)場抗(kang)(kang)拔(ba)數量不得少于壹組,經檢(jian)測(ce)合格(ge)后(hou),才能進(jin)行鋼筋連接和安裝綁扎等后(hou)序(xu)工作。

  5、現場(chang)檢測抗拔(ba)(ba)(ba)力(li),當(dang)鋼筋為Ⅲ級(ji)(ji)(ji)螺紋鋼時(shi)(shi)抗拔(ba)(ba)(ba)力(li)要求(qiu)(qiu)必須≥360MPa;當(dang)鋼筋為Ⅱ級(ji)(ji)(ji)螺紋鋼時(shi)(shi)抗拔(ba)(ba)(ba)力(li)要求(qiu)(qiu)必須≥300MPa;當(dang)鋼筋為Ⅰ級(ji)(ji)(ji)鋼時(shi)(shi)抗拔(ba)(ba)(ba)力(li)要求(qiu)(qiu)必須≥210MPa.

  二、植筋技術相關規范及規定

  該工程(cheng)(cheng)方(fang)(fang)案編制(zhi)、植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)施工、檢(jian)測驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)均(jun)以《混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土結構加(jia)固技術規(gui)范(fan)》CECS25︰90為(wei)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),其實(shi)該標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)對于“植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)技術”并無非常(chang)具(ju)(ju)體(ti)的(de)規(gui)定,這個古老的(de)規(gui)范(fan)已(yi)經(jing)被《混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土結構加(jia)固設計規(gui)范(fan)》GB50367-2006(以下簡(jian)稱GB50367-2006)所替代, GB50367-2006第12章“植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)技術”對植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)提(ti)出了更具(ju)(ju)體(ti)的(de)要求。與植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)關系更大(da)的(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)應(ying)該是《混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土結構后錨固技術規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)》JGJ145-2004(以下簡(jian)稱JGJ145-2004),同(tong)時不同(tong)地區還有地方(fang)(fang)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),比如重(zhong)慶市(shi)地方(fang)(fang)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)《混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土無機錨固材料(liao)植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)施工及(ji)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)》DBJ/T50-032-2004(以下簡(jian)稱DBJ/T50-032-2004)。

  JGJ145-2004第(di)2.1.5條的(de)(de)(de)術(shu)語:化學植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)—以化學粘(zhan)結劑(錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)),將帶(dai)(dai)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)及(ji)長螺(luo)(luo)桿等(deng)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)結固(gu)定(ding)于混凝土基材錨(mao)(mao)孔中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)一種(zhong)后(hou)錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)生根(gen)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin);GB50367-2006第(di)2.1.10條的(de)(de)(de)術(shu)語:植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)—以專(zhuan)用的(de)(de)(de)結構膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)粘(zhan)劑將帶(dai)(dai)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)或全(quan)螺(luo)(luo)紋螺(luo)(luo)桿錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)于基材混凝土中(zhong)。這(zhe)兩個(ge)關于什么叫“植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)”的(de)(de)(de)術(shu)語中(zhong)限定(ding)了植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)所(suo)用鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)類:帶(dai)(dai)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)或全(quan)螺(luo)(luo)紋螺(luo)(luo)桿。帶(dai)(dai)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)橫(heng)(heng)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)能夠使(shi)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)在錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)段形成(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)橫(heng)(heng)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)相(xiang)(xiang)咬合的(de)(de)(de)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)體(ti),這(zhe)些肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)體(ti)是保證所(suo)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)長期錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)性能的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)械(xie)牙(ya)(ya)鍵(jian),牙(ya)(ya)鍵(jian)太淺不(bu)(bu)能形成(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)橫(heng)(heng)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)的(de)(de)(de)有效咬合,牙(ya)(ya)鍵(jian)太深則不(bu)(bu)能抵抗與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)橫(heng)(heng)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)咬合作用的(de)(de)(de)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)切(qie),GB50367-2006第(di)12.1.4條規定(ding)帶(dai)(dai)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)(xiang)對肋(lei)(lei)(lei)(lei)面積(ji)應(ying)(ying)滿足0.055≤Ar≤0.08,就(jiu)(jiu)是為了控制牙(ya)(ya)鍵(jian)的(de)(de)(de)深淺。冷(leng)軋(ya)扭鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)外形不(bu)(bu)但不(bu)(bu)能形成(cheng)(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)牙(ya)(ya)鍵(jian),還會使(shi)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)局部(bu)過厚(hou)導致較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da)收縮影(ying)(ying)響錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)效果,而(er)且還使(shi)錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)段膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)厚(hou)薄(bo)(bo)相(xiang)(xiang)差較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da),膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)越(yue)厚(hou)在鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)受力(li)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)切(qie)作用下剪(jian)(jian)(jian)切(qie)變形就(jiu)(jiu)越(yue)大(da)(da),剪(jian)(jian)(jian)切(qie)應(ying)(ying)力(li)相(xiang)(xiang)應(ying)(ying)變小,而(er)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)較(jiao)(jiao)薄(bo)(bo)的(de)(de)(de)位置剪(jian)(jian)(jian)切(qie)應(ying)(ying)力(li)相(xiang)(xiang)應(ying)(ying)增大(da)(da),從而(er)導致鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)與(yu)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)體(ti)之間的(de)(de)(de)粘(zhan)結剪(jian)(jian)(jian)切(qie)應(ying)(ying)力(li)不(bu)(bu)均(jun)勻而(er)影(ying)(ying)響植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)效果。所(suo)以該工程屋面板設(she)計植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)用冷(leng)軋(ya)扭鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)是不(bu)(bu)恰當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)!

  植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)冷軋扭(niu)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin),能(neng)(neng)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)光(guang)圓鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)嗎?筆(bi)者(zhe)曾經在某(mou)工程中(zhong)看到(dao)用(yong)直徑8mm的(de)(de)Ⅰ級(ji)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)運用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)剪(jian)力墻豎(shu)(shu)向分布(bu)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)錨(mao)固的(de)(de)實例。對于(yu)(yu)(yu)Ⅰ級(ji)鋼(gang)(gang)能(neng)(neng)否用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)“植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)”,目前業界爭議較大。JGJ145-2004和GB50367-2006規定不(bu)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)光(guang)圓鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin),原因在于(yu)(yu)(yu)光(guang)圓鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)形(xing)成機(ji)械牙鍵,所植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)長期錨(mao)固性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)得(de)到(dao)保障。DBJ/T50-032-2004第(di)3.0.1條規定:混(hun)凝土植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)技術不(bu)適用(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)各種(zhong)輕質混(hun)凝土結構(gou)(gou)(gou)、砌體結構(gou)(gou)(gou)以及采用(yong)圓鋼(gang)(gang)作為植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)入(ru)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)承重(zhong)結構(gou)(gou)(gou),對非承重(zhong)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)拉(la)(la)(la)接構(gou)(gou)(gou)造的(de)(de)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)施工可參照本規程執(zhi)行。根據這(zhe)個規定區分結構(gou)(gou)(gou)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件的(de)(de)重(zhong)要性(xing)(xing),框架結構(gou)(gou)(gou)填充墻拉(la)(la)(la)結筋(jin)(jin)(jin)如果設計光(guang)圓鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)采用(yong)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)方式施工應該允許,而運用(yong)Ⅰ級(ji)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)剪(jian)力墻豎(shu)(shu)向分布(bu)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)錨(mao)固則不(bu)太恰當。應該注意的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi),地方標準(zhun)西南05G701系列圖集中(zhong)的(de)(de)填充墻拉(la)(la)(la)結筋(jin)(jin)(jin)推薦了三種(zhong)做法(fa)(fa),第(di)一種(zhong)是(shi)(shi)預(yu)留拉(la)(la)(la)結筋(jin)(jin)(jin)法(fa)(fa),第(di)二種(zhong)是(shi)(shi)預(yu)埋鐵件法(fa)(fa),最后(hou)一種(zhong)是(shi)(shi)才是(shi)(shi)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)法(fa)(fa)。然而在其后(hou)頒發的(de)(de)國家標準(zhun)06SG614圖集中(zhong)卻限(xian)定使(shi)(shi)用(yong)預(yu)留拉(la)(la)(la)結筋(jin)(jin)(jin)和預(yu)埋鐵件兩種(zhong)方法(fa)(fa),并不(bu)主張(zhang)采用(yong)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)方式施工填充墻拉(la)(la)(la)結筋(jin)(jin)(jin)。

  三、植筋錨固深度與鉆孔深度

  植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)施工(gong)鉆孔(kong)(kong)成(cheng)型后,應報監理檢(jian)查驗收鉆孔(kong)(kong)直徑和鉆孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du),我曾經看到監理人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)在驗孔(kong)(kong)時要(yao)求的(de)(de)(de)鉆孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)正好是(shi)設(she)(she)計的(de)(de)(de)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du),本文(wen)列舉方案(an)中的(de)(de)(de)鉆孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)正好是(shi)鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)直徑的(de)(de)(de)15倍,而(er)該工(gong)程的(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)計植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)也(ye)是(shi)鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)直徑的(de)(de)(de)15倍,這(zhe)反應出(chu)一個(ge)現狀: 植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)被認為(wei)就是(shi)鉆孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)。有一定(ding)現場(chang)經驗的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)一定(ding)知(zhi)道(dao),鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)切斷(duan)加工(gong)很難保(bao)證其端(duan)(duan)面平(ping)整(zheng),不(bu)(bu)能使具有360°完(wan)整(zheng)圓周鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)面與(yu)孔(kong)(kong)底側面對(dui)齊;植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)鉆孔(kong)(kong)作(zuo)業會對(dui)孔(kong)(kong)位(wei)周邊表皮混凝土(tu)造(zao)成(cheng)輕微損傷,不(bu)(bu)能保(bao)證孔(kong)(kong)口對(dui)膠(jiao)體形成(cheng)有效基(ji)體。基(ji)于這(zhe)兩個(ge)原因,如果用端(duan)(duan)面不(bu)(bu)夠平(ping)整(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)入(ru)15倍鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)直徑的(de)(de)(de)混凝土(tu)孔(kong)(kong)內,肯定(ding)不(bu)(bu)能保(bao)證所(suo)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)有效錨固長度(du)達到15倍鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)直徑。歐美植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)鉆孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)一般要(yao)求比設(she)(she)計植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)大2~3倍鋼筋(jin)(jin)(jin)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin),DBJ/T50-032-2004第6.0.4條(tiao)規定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)鉆孔(kong)(kong)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)為(wei)設(she)(she)計植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)+(10~15)mm其實是(shi)一個(ge)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)度(du)較淺的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。

  國內(nei)早期普遍(bian)按(an)照(zhao)(zhao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)直(zhi)(zhi)徑15倍要(yao)求植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深度(du),筆者在2003年以前的(de)(de)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)工程管理(li)中就是按(an)照(zhao)(zhao)設(she)計(ji)要(yao)求的(de)(de)15倍鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)直(zhi)(zhi)徑實施,其中包(bao)括一(yi)(yi)些懸挑構件、大(da)(da)跨度(du)主(zhu)梁的(de)(de)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)。調查我國植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)技術(shu)(shu)發(fa)展歷史分析,這個(ge)15d來自于國外(wai)進口植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)用(yong)結構膠(jiao)使(shi)用(yong)說明書上的(de)(de)要(yao)求,但被(bei)忽略的(de)(de)是這個(ge)要(yao)求是構造性(xing)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深度(du)。DBJ/T50-032-2004參編專家根據(ju)重(zhong)慶市(shi)建筑科學(xue)(xue)研究院和(he)重(zhong)慶建筑大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)材料(liao)系(xi)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)些相關(guan)實驗(yan)(yan),認為采用(yong)熱軋帶肋鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),最小植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深度(du)15d能滿足設(she)計(ji)要(yao)求,所(suo)以在該規(gui)(gui)程第4.2.1條規(gui)(gui)定(ding):構造要(yao)求最小植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深度(du)為15d.在混凝土基材強度(du)等(deng)級、鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)級別、植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)膠(jiao)種類完全相同的(de)(de)條件下,按(an)照(zhao)(zhao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)直(zhi)(zhi)徑統(tong)一(yi)(yi)倍數(shu)確定(ding)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深度(du),在0.9Asfyk拉拔(ba)力作用(yong)下,較(jiao)大(da)(da)直(zhi)(zhi)徑的(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)將較(jiao)先被(bei)拔(ba)出,反應出植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)錨固(gu)段鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)表(biao)面(mian)積與鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)斷面(mian)積并不是理(li)想的(de)(de)線性(xing)關(guan)系(xi),瑞士聯邦技術(shu)(shu)學(xue)(xue)院的(de)(de)Marti教(jiao)授根據(ju)該實驗(yan)(yan)得出,膠(jiao)粘劑與鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)之間粘合表(biao)面(mian)所(suo)承受的(de)(de)力隨植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)長度(du)類似線性(xing)增長,但僅是隨鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)直(zhi)(zhi)徑的(de)(de)平(ping)方根增長。所(suo)以植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)深度(du)統(tong)一(yi)(yi)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)固(gu)定(ding)的(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)直(zhi)(zhi)徑倍數(shu)是不科學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)!

  GB50367-2006第12.2.3條規定了植筋的基本錨固深度ls計算公(gong)式(shi):

  aspt—為(wei)防止混凝土劈(pi)裂引(yin)用的計算(suan)系數(shu);

  d—植筋公(gong)稱(cheng)直徑;

  fbd—植筋用膠粘劑的粘結強(qiang)度設計值,

  對于構(gou)造(zao)性(xing)鋼筋(jin)的(de)植筋(jin)深度,GB50367-2006第12.2.3條根(gen)據鋼筋(jin)的(de)受力性(xing)質不同,規定了受拉鋼筋(jin)最小錨(mao)固長度lmin=max{0.6ls;10d;100mm};受壓鋼筋(jin)最小錨(mao)固長度lmin= max{0.3ls;10d;100mm}。這(zhe)里可以看出(chu),規范嚴謹地把構(gou)造(zao)性(xing)植筋(jin)的(de)錨(mao)固深度交給了設(she)計者,比(bi)DBJ/T50-032-2004的(de)規定要合理(li)一些,同時避免(mian)那些植筋(jin)公(gong)司或膠(jiao)粘劑廠家的(de)誤導(dao)。

  四、植筋膠粘劑

  該(gai)(gai)方案中(zhong)要求懸(xuan)(xuan)挑梁(liang)上(shang)部(bu)(bu)鋼(gang)筋(jin)膠(jiao)粘劑采用(yong)(yong)(yong)喜(xi)利(li)(li)得結(jie)構(gou)膠(jiao),其他(ta)部(bu)(bu)位鋼(gang)筋(jin)膠(jiao)粘劑采用(yong)(yong)(yong)國產(chan)(chan)A級(ji)(ji)膠(jiao)。GB50367-2006第(di)12.1.5條規定:植(zhi)筋(jin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)膠(jiao)粘劑必須采用(yong)(yong)(yong)改性環氧類或改性乙烯基(ji)酯類(包(bao)括(kuo)改性氨基(ji)甲酸酯)的(de)(de)(de)(de)膠(jiao)粘劑,當植(zhi)筋(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)直徑大于(yu)22mm時(shi),應采用(yong)(yong)(yong)A級(ji)(ji)膠(jiao)。喜(xi)利(li)(li)得結(jie)構(gou)膠(jiao)是(shi)總部(bu)(bu)位于(yu)歐洲列(lie)支敦士登的(de)(de)(de)(de)喜(xi)利(li)(li)得集團生產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)膠(jiao)粘劑產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin),“喜(xi)利(li)(li)得”只是(shi)一個品(pin)(pin)牌,其系(xi)列(lie)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)中(zhong)有符(fu)合(he)(he)A級(ji)(ji)標準的(de)(de)(de)(de)結(jie)構(gou)膠(jiao),也有符(fu)合(he)(he)B級(ji)(ji)標準的(de)(de)(de)(de)結(jie)構(gou)膠(jiao)。該(gai)(gai)工程懸(xuan)(xuan)挑梁(liang)上(shang)部(bu)(bu)有直徑25mm主筋(jin),如(ru)果使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)符(fu)合(he)(he)B級(ji)(ji)膠(jiao)標準的(de)(de)(de)(de)喜(xi)利(li)(li)得結(jie)構(gou)膠(jiao)植(zhi)筋(jin)顯然不滿足GB50367-2006的(de)(de)(de)(de)規定,A級(ji)(ji)結(jie)構(gou)膠(jiao)性能良好,但價格較高。該(gai)(gai)工程中(zhong)除(chu)挑梁(liang)上(shang)部(bu)(bu)鋼(gang)筋(jin)以外的(de)(de)(de)(de)其他(ta)部(bu)(bu)位植(zhi)筋(jin)有12根直徑22mm鋼(gang)筋(jin)、116根直徑18mm鋼(gang)筋(jin)、366根直徑8mm鋼(gang)筋(jin),這些小直徑鋼(gang)筋(jin)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)經(jing)得起檢(jian)驗的(de)(de)(de)(de)B級(ji)(ji)膠(jiao)是(shi)許可的(de)(de)(de)(de),采用(yong)(yong)(yong)A級(ji)(ji)膠(jiao)無疑是(shi)一種浪費。

  五、檢測抽檢時間和頻率

  不(bu)同的(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)固(gu)(gu)化(hua)時(shi)間(jian)是不(bu)一樣的(de)(de),固(gu)(gu)化(hua)時(shi)間(jian)太短的(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)增長(chang)快、脆性大;固(gu)(gu)化(hua)時(shi)間(jian)太長(chang)的(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)增長(chang)慢、耐久(jiu)性差(cha)。在制(zhi)定(ding)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)檢(jian)驗合(he)格指標(biao)時(shi),均是以膠(jiao)(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)產(chan)品使(shi)用說明書(shu)標(biao)示(shi)的(de)(de)固(gu)(gu)化(hua)期為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)準(zhun)所(suo)取得的(de)(de)試驗結果為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)依據確定(ding)的(de)(de);因此,對實(shi)際工(gong)程中(zhong)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)錨固(gu)(gu)件,其(qi)檢(jian)驗日(ri)期也應以此為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)準(zhun),才(cai)能如實(shi)反(fan)映其(qi)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)質量狀況。倘若時(shi)間(jian)拖久(jiu)了(le),將(jiang)會使(shi)本來(lai)固(gu)(gu)化(hua)不(bu)良的(de)(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji),其(qi)強(qiang)度(du)(du)(du)有所(suo)增長(chang),甚至能達到合(he)格要求(qiu),但并(bing)不(bu)能改善(shan)其(qi)安全性和耐久(jiu)性能。GB50367-2006附錄N第2.5條規定(ding)應在膠(jiao)(jiao)粘(zhan)(zhan)劑(ji)達到其(qi)產(chan)品說明書(shu)標(biao)示(shi)的(de)(de)固(gu)(gu)化(hua)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)(de)當天進行。本文列(lie)舉方案中(zhong)規定(ding)了(le)2個時(shi)間(jian)限定(ding)要求(qiu):鋼筋植入后7日(ri)內嚴禁受到觸動和干(gan)擾,10日(ri)后進行現場(chang)抗拔抽檢(jian),看(kan)似合(he)理,實(shi)際上是以為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)了(le)保證鋼筋免受擾動為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)借(jie)口,拖延了(le)抗拔檢(jian)驗的(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian)。

  JGJ145-2004附(fu)錄A第(di)2.2條(tiao)規定所植鋼筋(jin)應按(an)同(tong)(tong)規格、同(tong)(tong)型(xing)號、基本相同(tong)(tong)部位組成一個(ge)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗批(pi),抽(chou)(chou)取數(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)按(an)每批(pi)總數(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)1‰計算,且不(bu)少于3 根。DBJ/T50-032-2004第(di)6.0.4條(tiao)規定:植筋(jin)錨(mao)固承載力的(de)現(xian)場驗收檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗按(an)同(tong)(tong)一施工(gong)(gong)條(tiao)件下同(tong)(tong)規格鋼筋(jin)數(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)的(de)1%進行抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)(jian),但(dan)不(bu)應少于3根。以上兩套標準的(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)方(fang)式均采(cai)用“非破損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗”,但(dan)抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)頻率(lv)卻相差(cha)九(jiu)倍。按(an)照(zhao)1%進行抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)不(bu)但(dan)比(bi)按(an)照(zhao)1‰進行抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)費用高,而且還容(rong)易(yi)暴(bao)露植筋(jin)工(gong)(gong)程的(de)施工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)問題,很(hen)(hen)多(duo)施工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位在工(gong)(gong)程實踐中(zhong)就以兩套規范均為現(xian)行標準為由,按(an)照(zhao)1‰進行抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)(jian),甚至有(you)些工(gong)(gong)程抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)頻率(lv)比(bi)1‰還低很(hen)(hen)多(duo)。事實上,JGJ145-2004和DBJ/T50-032-2004規定采(cai)用的(de)非破損(sun)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)驗檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)出劣質產品或不(bu)良施工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)的(de)能力很(hen)(hen)低,如果(guo)抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)數(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)不(bu)夠,很(hen)(hen)難避免(mian)不(bu)合(he)格的(de)錨(mao)固工(gong)(gong)程蒙(meng)混過(guo)關。

  在討論(lun)植(zhi)筋工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)數(shu)量(liang)之(zhi)前,我們應(ying)(ying)該(gai)先明確抽(chou)(chou)樣檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式。植(zhi)筋抗拔承(cheng)載(zai)力現場檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)分為非破(po)損檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)和破(po)壞(huai)(huai)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)。經非破(po)損檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)合格的(de)(de)(de)植(zhi)筋錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)(包(bao)括混凝土基材)在整過(guo)(guo)(guo)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)均未遭受損壞(huai)(huai),檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)過(guo)(guo)(guo)后還可以(yi)(yi)保證錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)在結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)中(zhong)正常使用;破(po)壞(huai)(huai)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)后的(de)(de)(de)錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)(包(bao)括經破(po)壞(huai)(huai)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)判定合格的(de)(de)(de)錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian))已經在檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)被(bei)(bei)破(po)壞(huai)(huai),不(bu)(bu)(bu)能再用于(yu)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)中(zhong)。由于(yu)破(po)壞(huai)(huai)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)完(wan)整地模(mo)擬了構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)中(zhong)錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)破(po)壞(huai)(huai)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng),能夠充分展現被(bei)(bei)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能,所以(yi)(yi)其檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)出劣質產品(pin)或不(bu)(bu)(bu)良(liang)施工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)能力較(jiao)高, GB50367-2006附錄N第(di)1.4條(tiao)(tiao)規(gui)定重(zhong)要結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)、懸挑(tiao)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)應(ying)(ying)采用破(po)壞(huai)(huai)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)方(fang)法對錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)質量(liang)進(jin)行檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan);第(di)2.2條(tiao)(tiao)規(gui)定破(po)壞(huai)(huai)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)的(de)(de)(de)抽(chou)(chou)樣取(qu)(qu)每(mei)一(yi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)收批錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)總(zong)數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)1‰,且不(bu)(bu)(bu)少(shao)于(yu)5件(jian)(jian)進(jin)行檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan),若植(zhi)筋總(zong)數(shu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)多(duo)余(yu)100件(jian)(jian)時,可僅(jin)抽(chou)(chou)取(qu)(qu)3件(jian)(jian)進(jin)行檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan);第(di)2.3條(tiao)(tiao)規(gui)定:重(zhong)要結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)應(ying)(ying)抽(chou)(chou)取(qu)(qu)每(mei)一(yi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)收批錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)總(zong)數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)3%且不(bu)(bu)(bu)少(shao)于(yu)5件(jian)(jian)進(jin)行非破(po)損檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce),一(yi)般結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)應(ying)(ying)抽(chou)(chou)取(qu)(qu)每(mei)一(yi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)收批錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)件(jian)(jian)總(zong)數(shu)的(de)(de)(de)1%且不(bu)(bu)(bu)少(shao)于(yu)3件(jian)(jian)進(jin)行非破(po)損檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce);第(di)2.4條(tiao)(tiao)規(gui)定當不(bu)(bu)(bu)同(tong)行業標準的(de)(de)(de)抽(chou)(chou)樣規(gui)則(ze)與該(gai)規(gui)范不(bu)(bu)(bu)一(yi)致時,對承(cheng)重(zhong)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)加固(gu)(gu)(gu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)質量(liang)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce),必須按該(gai)規(gui)范的(de)(de)(de)規(gui)定執行。所以(yi)(yi)本文列(lie)舉的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)案對現場抗拔力檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)的(de)(de)(de)抽(chou)(chou)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)頻(pin)率規(gui)定不(bu)(bu)(bu)符合規(gui)范要求。

  六、植筋檢測抗拔力確定

  本文列舉方(fang)案中針對使(shi)用Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ級鋼筋(jin)(jin)植筋(jin)(jin)提出(chu)抗拔力(li)(li)分別不能小(xiao)于210MPa、300MPa、360MPa的(de)(de)(de)要求。抗拔力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)基本單位(wei)是(shi)“N”,而(er)1MPa= 1N/mm2,“N”與(yu)“N/mm2”之間用“≥”是(shi)無(wu)法做比較(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)!后經筆(bi)者(zhe)與(yu)該方(fang)案編(bian)制者(zhe)通過溝(gou)通,才明確了擬定者(zhe)本意(yi)是(shi):抗拔力(li)(li)≥鋼筋(jin)(jin)設(she)計強度(du)×鋼筋(jin)(jin)斷面積。我曾經調查過重慶好(hao)幾家檢測(ce)單位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作人員(yuan),其(qi)中包括(kuo)行政主管(guan)部(bu)門下(xia)屬(shu)的(de)(de)(de)檢測(ce)中心(xin)工(gong)(gong)作人員(yuan),還(huan)調查過一些(xie)施工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)和專業植筋(jin)(jin)機構的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作人員(yuan),得(de)出(chu)一個結論(lun):目前有相當一部(bu)分工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)人員(yuan)認為,植筋(jin)(jin)抗拔檢測(ce)的(de)(de)(de)基本要求應該是(shi)“抗拔力(li)(li)≥鋼筋(jin)(jin)設(she)計強度(du)×鋼筋(jin)(jin)斷面積”。

  根(gen)據(ju)DBJ/T50-032-2004附(fu)錄(lu)C第(di)(di)3.2條(tiao)“檢驗荷載(zai)(zai)最小值(zhi)(zhi)為鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)受拉承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力(li)設(she)計(ji)值(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)1.2倍”的(de)(de)(de)規(gui)定(ding)(ding),有的(de)(de)(de)工程(cheng)人(ren)員認(ren)為:植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)檢測的(de)(de)(de)基本(ben)要求應(ying)該是“抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)力(li)≥鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)設(she)計(ji)強度(du)(du)×鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)斷面積(ji)×1.2”。 “抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)力(li)≥鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)設(she)計(ji)強度(du)(du)×鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)斷面積(ji)×1.2”看起來(lai)符合DBJ/T50-032-2004附(fu)錄(lu)C第(di)(di)3.2條(tiao)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)了,但我們應(ying)認(ren)識到(dao)DBJ/T50-032-2004本(ben)身并不很嚴謹(jin):其附(fu)錄(lu)C第(di)(di)3.2條(tiao)不應(ying)該規(gui)定(ding)(ding)“檢驗荷載(zai)(zai)最小值(zhi)(zhi)”為多少,而應(ying)該規(gui)定(ding)(ding)“檢驗荷載(zai)(zai)”為多少。為什么呢?DBJ/T50-032-2004附(fu)錄(lu)C第(di)(di)1.2條(tiao)規(gui)定(ding)(ding):植(zhi)筋(jin)(jin)錨(mao)固(gu)承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力(li)現場驗收檢測應(ying)為非(fei)破(po)(po)損檢驗,檢測所(suo)植(zhi)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)在正(zheng)常使用狀態下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)錨(mao)固(gu)性能(neng),其抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力(li)應(ying)達(da)到(dao)檢驗荷載(zai)(zai)要求。這(zhe)條(tiao)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)有兩個地(di)方值(zhi)(zhi)得注意,那就是使抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力(li)“達(da)到(dao)”檢驗荷載(zai)(zai),在不“破(po)(po)損”所(suo)植(zhi)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)條(tiao)件下(xia),檢測所(suo)植(zhi)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)在正(zheng)常使用狀態下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)錨(mao)固(gu)性能(neng),如果讓(rang)抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)力(li)“超過(guo)”檢驗荷載(zai)(zai)怎么能(neng)保(bao)證(zheng)所(suo)植(zhi)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)不被“破(po)(po)損”? 這(zhe)樣(yang)一(yi)來(lai),有的(de)(de)(de)工程(cheng)人(ren)員認(ren)為應(ying)該“抗(kang)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)力(li)=鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)設(she)計(ji)強度(du)(du)×鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)(jin)斷面積(ji)×1.2”才是正(zheng)確的(de)(de)(de)。

  然而“抗(kang)拔(ba)力(li)=鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)設計(ji)強度(du)(du)×鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)斷面積(ji)(ji)×1.2”是否恰當呢?《混(hun)凝土結(jie)構(gou)設計(ji)規(gui)范》GB50010-2002第(di)11.2.3條(tiao)規(gui)定(ding)一、二級抗(kang)震(zhen)等(deng)級結(jie)構(gou)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)屈(qu)(qu)服強度(du)(du)實測(ce)值(zhi)與強度(du)(du)標準(zhun)(zhun)值(zhi)的(de)(de)比值(zhi)不(bu)應大(da)于(yu)(yu)1.3.如(ru)果Ⅲ級螺(luo)紋鋼(gang)的(de)(de)屈(qu)(qu)服強度(du)(du)實測(ce)值(zhi)為430 MPa,未(wei)超過強度(du)(du)標準(zhun)(zhun)值(zhi)的(de)(de)1.3倍,應該可(ke)以用于(yu)(yu)一、二級抗(kang)震(zhen)等(deng)級結(jie)構(gou),如(ru)果所植鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)抗(kang)拔(ba)應力(li)拉到設計(ji)強度(du)(du)360MPa的(de)(de)1.2陪即432 MPa,使“抗(kang)拔(ba)力(li)=432 MPa×鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)斷面積(ji)(ji)”,鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)就(jiu)可(ke)能屈(qu)(qu)服卻又(you)不(bu)被拉斷,也就(jiu)是說鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)(jin)已經被破(po)(po)(po)壞(huai)了,并未(wei)達(da)到“非破(po)(po)(po)損(sun)檢(jian)驗(yan)”目(mu)的(de)(de),這也是DBJ/T50-032-2004不(bu)夠(gou)嚴謹的(de)(de)地方(fang)。JGJ145-2004附錄(lu)A第(di)4.3條(tiao)規(gui)定(ding)非破(po)(po)(po)損(sun)檢(jian)驗(yan),荷載(zai)檢(jian)驗(yan)值(zhi)應取0.9Asfyk及0.8 Rk ,c N 計(ji)算之較小值(zhi)。Rk ,c N 為非鋼(gang)材破(po)(po)(po)壞(huai)承(cheng)載(zai)力(li)標準(zhun)(zhun)值(zhi),它反映了“非破(po)(po)(po)損(sun)檢(jian)驗(yan)”還應保證不(bu)破(po)(po)(po)壞(huai)混(hun)凝土基體。筆者認(ren)為JGJ145-2004“非破(po)(po)(po)損(sun)檢(jian)驗(yan)”方(fang)式的(de)(de)檢(jian)驗(yan)荷載(zai)規(gui)定(ding),其先進合理性高(gao)于(yu)(yu)GB50367-2006“非破(po)(po)(po)損(sun)檢(jian)驗(yan)”方(fang)式的(de)(de)檢(jian)驗(yan)荷載(zai)規(gui)定(ding)。

  七、結語

  牽涉(she)到植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋技術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)現行(xing)(xing)國(guo)家規(gui)(gui)范、行(xing)(xing)業標(biao)準(zhun)、地(di)方規(gui)(gui)程(cheng)對植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋技術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)要求不(bu)盡統(tong)一,導致了(le)個別工程(cheng)人(ren)員對植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋技術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)認識和掌握不(bu)夠全(quan)面,使(shi)他們在實際(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)中容易造成非故(gu)意(yi)的(de)錯誤(wu),同時為那些被利益驅使(shi)的(de)工程(cheng)人(ren)員斷章(zhang)取(qu)義地(di)蒙騙相關工程(cheng)人(ren)員提供了(le)機會(hui),本文(wen)通過整理(li)現行(xing)(xing)國(guo)家規(gui)(gui)范、行(xing)(xing)業標(biao)準(zhun)、地(di)方規(gui)(gui)程(cheng)有關植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋技術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)部(bu)分規(gui)(gui)定,分析某實際(ji)(ji)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋工程(cheng)施工方案中不(bu)夠全(quan)面或不(bu)夠恰當的(de)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)要求,以望(wang)達到糾(jiu)正(zheng)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)筋工程(cheng)管理(li)中非規(gui)(gui)范行(xing)(xing)為之目的(de)。
